4. Payments

Payments must be completed online or at designated rental points. All fees are displayed clearly before checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid reservations.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

6. Use of e-Bikes

• Riders must follow local traffic laws.
• Helmets are recommended for safety.
• Bikes must not be used for illegal purposes.
• You are responsible for any damage caused due to misuse.

7. Liability

VELÓRIUM is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the misuse of our e-Bikes. Users are responsible for ensuring their own safety during rentals.
